Yes, as a Guest Towner, if an already-verified Towner invites you. You are vouched for inside a resident's network, so you can start with basic details. Wizers must be verified BTK residents — no exceptions.
We build the Wizer side first so there are cars on the road when Towners arrive, and the app shows honest pickup estimates rather than an optimistic one.
Six things: BTK ID or proof of residence, a utility bill at that address, your CNIC, a valid driving licence, vehicle registration, and a live selfie. The checks run automatically as you upload.
